Fire Protection

Keeping Our Community Safe, Together

At Pearce’s Mill Fire Department, we’re proud to provide top-notch fire protection to the citizens of our fire district. Our job isn’t just about responding to fires; it’s about making sure our community stays safe, from preventing fires before they start to providing fast and effective response when needed. We’re committed to protecting lives, homes, and businesses, not just within our district, but also by working closely with neighboring areas like the City of Fayetteville, the Town of Hope Mills, and other Cumberland County departments. Through Automatic and Mutual Aid agreements, we’re able to help each other out, ensuring the safety of everyone around us.

Serving Our Community

The Pearce’s Mill Fire District is home to a wide variety of people, and we’re here to ensure that everyone is protected, no matter where they live or work. Whether it’s a small house fire, a brush fire, or something more complex, we’re ready to respond quickly and effectively. Our firefighters are highly trained and always prepared to handle whatever comes their way.

But fire protection isn’t just about putting out flames. We also put a big emphasis on fire prevention. Through community outreach programs, fire safety education, and regular fire inspections, we work hard to help prevent fires from happening in the first place. Our goal is to make sure everyone in our district has the knowledge and tools they need to keep their homes and families safe.

We also know that staying ready means training consistently and keeping our equipment up-to-date. That way, when an emergency strikes, we’re fully prepared to respond quickly and efficiently, whether it’s in a busy neighborhood or a more rural area.
